Hello Lindsey,
In this weeks newsletter about asparagus there is the recipe for asparagus with gruyere in a feuillete. One of the ingredients is to buy ready rolled pastry. In the recipe it says to actually roll the pastry before cutting it. Is this correct as I do not usually roll ready rolled pastry - if you get my drift?! Thank you.

Hello Rosie,
The shape of ready rolled pastry can vary depending on the supplier.
As long as you have 375g or thereabouts you just need to divide that amount into two pieces then yes you do roll each piece thinner into a 30cm square.
If you can’t get ready rolled puff pastry you can use the same weight of block puff pastry or homemade puff pastry or even quick flaky pastry.
Kind regards
Lindsey
Thank you. I will give it a go as it looks delicious.
