Hi
I want to make Delia's homemade mayonnaise but we live in Greece (most of the year) and cannot get groundnut oil or olive oil. I can get sunflower or extra virgin oil only. Can I use either of these please

I would use a combination of the sunflower and extra virgin olive oil.
