Can I make up this batter and cook it as one large souffle? If so, what might be different - esp cooking time?

I cannot see what recipe you are referring to!
First - thank you for a super-fast response!
I apologise - I was on the recipe page and assumed asking the question from that page would link directly to the recipe!
It is the Christmas Little Mincemeat Souffles.
I have made them successfully many times but an individual serving is a tad small for my hungry family! Wondering if I just make 1 big one?
Thank you
I haven’t tried but I’m sure there’s a way. I’d make it in a baking dish about 5cm deep rather than a large soufflé dish.
I think those individual soufflé dishes have a liquid capacity of 100ml. So, if you double the recipe, you’ll need a dish with a capacity of 1.2L.
I’m guessing here but I think it will need about 25mins at 180C
Sounds lovely! I might make it myself this year.
Happy Christmas
Lindsey
