Hi Lindsey. I cannot find an authoritative recipe for whipping creams - for cake decoration or any other desserts. This may sound basic, but I don't know how much sugar to put in for example. Just wondered if Delia online has done a page referring to various different types of creams and variations (e.g. coffee creams, buttermilk creams, or witn fruits)

We don’t have exactly what you are looking for.
For Chantilly Cream I’d add a level teaspoon of icing sugar to 150mls double cream and whip until the cream forms soft peaks.
We don’t tend to use butter cream, but this fudge icing is very good.
